Two family members responsible for providing care to a 73-year-old woman face charges after they allegedly allowed her to starve to death, prosecutors said on Friday.
According to Union County prosecutors, Cox was under the care of her son, Dennis Cox (pictured right, on left), and his daughter, Lisa Cox.
