Meadowbrook at Crooksville. Now it’s time to see what the Ceramics are made of. They handled their non-league schedule, but have done so since the Lotozo days. Their Newcomerstown win is more impressive than Meadowbrook beating Cambridge. Ceramics by 14
West Muskingum at New Lexington. Typically, this would be the game of the week, but after West M loss to John Glenn last week and New Lex hot start, this one may not have the same magnitude it has the last 2-3 years. NL by 14
League Hierarchy through first 3 weeks
BIG
1-Tri Valley proved last night they are still top dog until big games start.
2-Philo. Beat Maysville who beat John Glenn. Senior heavy team.
3- Sheridan. Tougher non league schedule than everyone else below them. Has a chance to make a statement this week versus Maysville.
4-John Glenn. Will have chances to prove they’re better. Wins don’t seem like strong wins yet.
5- Morgan. Wins are against bad teams so far. Same as JG, chances to prove they’re higher.
6- River View.
SMALL
1- New Lex. Defending champs have rolled so far. Two big ones with West and Tri Valley up next.
2- Crooksville?? League play will tell what these Ceramics are made of, but undefeated and a quality win.
3- Maysville. Beat JG which beat WM. Very well could argue they’re 2, especially with a win over Sheridan this week.
4- West M. Two big losses the last two weeks. But, coaching could help them against the small school teams they’ll see. Expect them to bounce back.
5- Meadowbrook. Played with Tri Valley for 3 quarters week 1, then the wheels fell off. Great opportunity to prove who they are with a matchup against 3-0 Crooksville this week.
6- Coshocton. Another team I expected to be better, loss to Highland last night shocked me.

John Glenn at Coshocton - with their schedule, JG has the potential to win 7- 8 games but a lot of growing is still needed. Muskies enjoy another 28-7 victory.

John Glenn - JG seems to be rebounding well from that 1st week loss to Maysville. They’ll win comfortably
Tri-Valley - TV with maybe the most impressive win of the season so far. League is back on notice.
Philo - Philo with an impressive win over Maysville… Can they challenge TV for the league.
Sheridan - Sheridans out of league was tough. Both faced LV (Maysville in the preseason). Maysville looked to take a tough loss vs Philo, then their win over JG looks better and better. Jury still out on both these teams IMO. I’ll take Sheridan at home.
Meadowbrook - This always seems like a swing game for Crooksville. 3rd straight 3-0 start… their 1-13 the last 2 seasons after week 3. But this is their 1st real opponent. Meadowbrook tested themselves in the out of conference… I’ll go Meadowbrook by a score.
New Lexington - West seems out of sorts… New Lex seems like they’ve picked up right where they left off… New Lex by a few scores but West will still fight till the end!
